Agilia was the product of choice back in 2008 when the Four Seasons Private Residence in Toronto was first being built. The self-consolidating concrete was pumped into the massive foundation construction of an 8 foot deep raft slab.

Another product within the Agilia family was used more recently when the contractor needed to level the condominium floors. Agilia Screed A FINA, an extremely thin version of the Screed Topping, was applied across approximately 14, 000 square feet of flooring. The Four Seasons Private Residences is located in the northeast corner of Bay Street and Yorkville Avenue. To match the luxurious Yorkville area, many high end floor finishes were used throughout the residence suites, and as a result, precisely level floors were very important to the builders. Lafarge’s Agilia Screed A Fina is the product that has the ability to achieve the super at and level floors they were looking for, placed at a depth of 1/2\\\" featheredge.

The view from the suites were stunning, but were a bit of a concern at first. The product had no trouble being pumped up as high as the 55-story building required with incredible ease, and literally flowed into place, requiring a very small crew to place.
